Aven Financial, Inc., Case No. 23-CIV-06121, pending in the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo (the “Action”) arising out of a Data Security Incident involving Aven customer data. If you were notified by Aven that your personal information may have been compromised because of Aven’s Data Security Incident which was disclosed in July 2023, you are included in this Settlement as a member of the Settlement Class. You have legal rights and options that you may act on before the Court decides whether to approve the proposed Settlement. Because your rights will be affected by this Settlement, it is extremely important that you read this Notice carefully.
